Riherkush Global Events is committed to the protection of children and vulnerable persons. We believe that every child, regardless of age, disability, gender, racial heritage, religious belief, sexual orientation, or identity, has the right to equal protection from all types of harm or abuse.

2. Zero Tolerance Policy

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy regarding any behavior that puts a child at risk. This includes physical, sexual, or emotional abuse, as well as neglect. Any staff member, contractor, or partner found to be in violation of these principles will face immediate termination of their contract and, where applicable, be reported to the appropriate law enforcement authorities.

3. Operational Standards

To ensure a safe environment for children at our events and within our entertainment centre, we implement the following:

• Background Vetting: Rigorous screening and background checks for all staff and entertainers who work directly with minors.
• Supervision: Maintaining appropriate staff-to-child ratios in all designated kids' zones and play areas.
• Lost Child Protocol: A strictly defined procedure to ensure the swift and safe reunification of any separated child with their parent or legal guardian.
• Identification: Ensuring that all authorized personnel working in family-oriented areas are easily identifiable.

4. Reporting Procedures

We empower our staff to be vigilant. Any suspicion or disclosure of harm concerning a child must be reported immediately to our designated Child Protection Lead. We maintain a confidential reporting mechanism to ensure that all concerns are taken seriously and addressed without delay.

5. Partnership Responsibility

We require all external vendors, performers, and partner organizations working at our events to adhere to our Child Protection Policy. By collaborating with Riherkush, partners agree to uphold these standards and participate in any necessary site-specific safety briefings.
