Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By engaging Riherkush Global Events Ltd for event management, talent booking, or any other services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our services.

2. Service Scope

Riherkush provides professional event planning, production, and management services. The exact scope, deliverables, and timelines for every project will be explicitly detailed in a signed Service Agreement or Statement of Work (SOW) between Riherkush and the Client.

3. Payments & Deposits

• Deposits: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure our services and reserve dates.
• Invoicing: All balances must be settled according to the payment schedule outlined in your specific contract.
• Late Payments: Overdue invoices may incur interest charges or a pause in event planning activities.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand that circumstances change. Cancellations must be submitted in writing. Fees for cancellation are determined based on the proximity of the cancellation date to the event date, as detailed in your signed contract.

5. Intellectual Property

All event designs, creative concepts, and planning documents produced by Riherkush remain the property of Riherkush Global Events Ltd unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. You are granted a license to use these materials solely for the purpose of the event.

6. Liability & Force Majeure

Riherkush is not liable for damages or losses arising from events beyond our control, including acts of God, public health emergencies, or government restrictions (Force Majeure). Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service under dispute.

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nairobi.
